Hard Rock Cafe announces ‘big changes’ with new senior marketing appointment

Hard Rock Cafe has announced the recent appointment of Elena Alvarez as the new Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Partnerships for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International.

In her new capacity, Elena will spearhead the development of ‘innovative’ brand activations while seamlessly integrating assets across our diverse portfolio, spanning Hotels, Cafes, Retail, and Casinos.

Her responsibilities extend to the creation of new revenue-generating platforms, underscoring her commitment to driving growth and enhancing consumer engagement. Notably, Elena will continue her oversight of global marketing initiatives for the Cafe division of Hard Rock International.

Elena’s journey with Hard Rock began in 2005 as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona, and her remarkable progression through key sales and marketing roles across Europe, the UK, and the US showcases her unwavering dedication to the brand’s success.

Her recent role as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for the Cafe division, managing marketing endeavours across over 150 locations, underscores her exceptional leadership and contribution.

Jeff Hook, Executive Vice President of Marketing/CMO of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, remarked: “Elena is an essential senior marketer with a proven track record elevating the Hard Rock brand for our Cafe division.”
