Virtual Assistant provider marks record growth as demand for remote work surges
Virtalent, the UK’s fastest growing Virtual Assistant (VA) service provider, has announced another year of record growth in 2023.
The award-winning company saw its network of VAs grow by over 25 per cent to a team of 225. This milestone sees the Birmingham based business double in size in the last two years alone.
Founded by husband-and-wife team, Sam, and Ellie Wilson, Virtalent is fast becoming the go-to VA network for ambitious SMEs, executives and founders seeking success on their terms.
VAs are individually matched to a client’s specific needs, providing a range of specialised business, admin, and marketing support across the UK. Current clients include James Villas Holidays, Marco’s and lastminute.com.
With remote working set to surge even more in 2024, Virtalent’s commitment to meeting employee demands for work-life balance and flexibility, has been key to network growth. Its rapidly expanding team of professional, career-driven VAs is expected to grow a further 20 per cent in 2024.
Ellie Wilson commented: “Last year was dedicated to community building, for our clients and our team. Our growth is a direct result of this focus. In a challenging year for many businesses, our VAs have continued to provide that flexible business support, designed around our clients’ evolving needs.
“2024 is a major year for Virtalent. We turn 10 as a business and are planning to double-down on more community initiatives, such as coffee mornings, lunch and learns, and a continued emphasis on team wellbeing.”
