Bayfields family of opticians and audiologists expands in London

Three London-based optician practices have now become part of Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists, creating a high quality eye and ear care offering for residents.

Collett Opticians, which has practices in Sidcup and Eltham and Gill Eyecare in Hornchurch are now part of Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists. Team members from each of the three practices will continue in their roles.

Clients local to each practice will have immediate access to Bayfields high quality services, with additional facilities, including audiology, to be rolled out over the coming months.

Local residents will be able to take advantage of free hearing tests and trials of hearing solutions available, as well as its own high quality contact lens service. Clients will also benefit from 45 minute eye appointments, which are longer than the industry’s standard appointment to allow for a more thorough examination of eye health and vision.

Bayfields Opticians and Audiology will also offer its range of industry-leading lenses and smart lenses to clients, as well as provide access to advanced OCT scans – eye examinations designed to identify health issues even before any symptoms appear.

Founded in 2004, Bayfields has grown from a leading name in optical health provision across Yorkshire to a national brand known for its family and community values.

Chanel Cracknell joins the existing team at the Sidcup practice as Practice Manager, Stuart Wood has been appointed as Practice Manager at Hornchurch and Veronica Epps remains in her role as practice manager at the Eltham practice.
