Leeds based digital agency Flaunt Digital celebrates becoming B Corp Certified
Leeds based digital agency Flaunt Digital has celebrated becoming one of the few businesses within the city that are B Corp Certified, which acknowledges an organisation’s adherence to high standards of social and environmental impact, as well as public transparency, and legal accountability.
The certification recognises the agency’s commitment to raising standards within five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.
Flaunt worked closely with B Corp Leader Fiona Ras-Jones, who assisted in determining the agency’s purpose and impact from the early stages of their assessment journey. Fiona said: “Flaunt Digital’s strong workplace culture and sense of team really stood out. They took a collaborative and proactive approach from the start. They will be a great member of the B Corp community.”
Flaunt are now part of over 8,000 businesses across the globe and over 2000 in the UK who are B Corp certified, and have even launched their own internal B Corp committee to continue their progress towards sustainability and reduced impact. The certification aligns with Flaunt’s people first mentality, and arrives alongside the digital agency’s recognition as a Living Wage Employer.
CEO of Flaunt Digital, Lee Fuller, shares his excitement following the certification: “Receiving our B Corp certification is a huge achievement and something I am proud and grateful for. It validates the core principles of how we operate as a business, and re-enforces how we are moving forward. I am excited to continue our B Corp journey and working towards improving on our score in the coming years.”
