BK Plus enhances North West presence with the joining of renowned firm Abrams Ashton

BK Plus are a firm of accountants focused locally on SMEs recently backed by Palatine. Following on from its recent acquisition of Wrigley Partington in Oldham, BK Plus has acquired Abrams Ashton a three Partner Practice based in St. Helens as part of its continued investment in the North West. Abrams Ashton is a well-established general Accountancy practice with exceptional Tax and business development expertise serving SME businesses in the local area and further afield. The practice will continue to operate out of its current offices in the St Helens Waterside Court Business Park.

Abrams Ashton enjoys a great reputation for dealing with all aspects of Clients’ needs including complex bespoke Tax planning, business growth strategies, and financial management. Joining forces with BK Plus will enable the local Partners, David Cowen, Sally Fuller and Darren Leigh to continue to provide their current service lines and additional services such as Corporate Finance and Banking to existing and new clients.
