Strategic infrastructure advisers expand into Birmingham office

Strategic infrastructure advisers, Aqua Consultants, has expanded into a prominent Birmingham office building as part of its growth and investment strategy to support its clients and colleagues.

Aqua Consultants has signed a long-term lease on an office in One Colmore Row, Birmingham, in a move that will see it expand again. It will now have offices in Leeds, Bradford, Exeter and Newcastle. The company will occupy a 2,755 sq ft suite located directly opposite Birmingham Snow Hill Train Station and a few mins walk from New Street Train Station.

These highly specialised offices are the next step in its growth strategy focussed on increasing the geographic reach of the company to new customers across the water and gas industries whilst also attracting talented people looking for a prestigious city centre location, near public transport links.

The offices offer a space for collaboration with industry on specific challenges such as achieving AMP8 in the water sector and RIIO3 in the gas sector. There are 28 bookable hot desks, break out areas, private rooms and one large meeting room to allow flexible, collaborative working in a creative space.
