Panache Cruises has announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Birmingham-based people, culture and organisational development specialist, Lumien, to help support its ambitious growth strategy to be the world’s leading retailer of luxury and ultra-luxury cruises by 2030.
Lumien's unique approach will combine AI Infused deep data analysis with specialist expert services to surface and illuminate Panache Cruises unique strengths, identify potential areas for improvement and reveal hidden opportunities, to help the cruise retailer track, activate, and accelerate a purpose-driven culture that unleashes scale.
