The Art of Hospitality Returns to Liverpool - Seeing Industry Professionals Share Insights Around the Future of Hospitality

Renowned hospitality expert, Steven Hesketh, known as 'The Hospitality Hero', has released the details of his next event in Liverpool, set to bring peers, operators and leaders from across the industry together to explore some of the biggest challenges the sector is currently facing.


In a bid to unite, inspire, motivate and educate, this event will see industry professionals share insights and meaningful discussions on the future of hospitality.


‘The Art of Hospitality Conference - Take 2’ will take place on Wednesday 27th March, 2024, from 9:30am to 3:30pm at The Hilton, Liverpool. The event promises to delve deep into the evolving landscape of the hospitality industry, exploring the below topics within Technology and Sustainability:

As the Chair of the Chester Hospitality Association, Vice-Chair of Liverpool Hospitality Association, and a Committee Member for UK Hospitality (Northern Region), Steven Hesketh has been a pivotal figure in the hospitality sector for over three decades. Through 'The Hospitality Hero' (https://www.thehospitalityhero.com/) platform, he aims to unite professionals from across the industry and beyond, fostering collaboration and learning in an ever-evolving trade.


Following the success of his inaugural event in 2023, which saw over 100 people come together to unite, Steven is back with another opportunity for professionals to delve into the intricacies of hospitality. In the previous conference, held before Christmas, the event provided a platform for thought-provoking conversations on the essence of hospitality and its transformative potential. With a diverse range of topics covered, including the importance of; inclusivity, team building and customer-centric service, the conference left attendees inspired and equipped with valuable insights to enhance their professional endeavors in the hospitality industry.
