Amdaris drives Autoguard Group’s software revamp to streamline service delivery efficiency

Autoguard Group, which provide end-to-end, bespoke aftersales solutions to the motor industry in more than 32 countries around the world, has partnered with Amdaris, an Insight company, to develop new software applications that reduce tickets and improve the overall stability of Autoguard’s web app.

As part of the process, Amdaris implemented an IT service operation model that incorporated incidents, problems and changes to streamline application support operations and improve Autoguard’s service delivery efficiency.

Amdaris introduced Dynamic Delivery Pods that supported Autoguard’s existing applications while simultaneously driving the development of new ones. In addition to its Dynamic Delivery Pods, Amdaris also supported application maintenance and mobile development, ensuring scalability and flexibility for future enhancements.

Autoguard turned to Amdaris to launch the new application built from the ground up, with extensive innovation carried out on existing software.
