Virtual assistant marks first year in business
An online personal assistant service is celebrating its first year in business.
LN Digital, which is based in County Durham, was founded by Helene Castel and offers a wide range of services, including event coordination, meeting arrangements, administration, and social media management.
Helene, who is originally from France and moved to the North East in 2015, has drawn on her extensive career experience in the corporate, manufacturing and engineering sectors to quickly establish an excellent reputation among local businesses.
Helene said: “I believe that the digital presence of a business is critical, and my skills allow me to help my clients stand out in a crowded marketplace.”
Helene has expanded her offering by teaching herself website design, enabling her to provide creative, tailored solutions for her growing list of clients.
She added: “The whole idea is to help business owners save time so they can concentrate on what’s important and grow their business.
“Combining my background in engineering with my passion of turning chaos into order has been very rewarding.”
Looking ahead, Helene aims to double her client base in the next year, continuing to support small businesses and entrepreneurs across the region in achieving success.
She added: “I have fallen in love with the North East of England and its amazing people and businesses.
“Everyone knows what they want, and they are really resilient; I admire that attitude.
“My goal is to be the go-to partner for small businesses aiming to reach their full potential.”
