Tech firm launches new probate platform
A new platform has been launched by Newcastle-based tech firm Keepl to simplify the complex and emotional process of handling a loved one’s estate.
Keepl Legacy, a secure data management service, allows users to store essential documents like wills, property deeds and financial information in one highly encrypted platform, helping people save time and money when they need it most.
This service streamlines probate, granting easy access to important documents for pre-approved guardians after a person's passing.
Chris Campbell, co-founder and owner of Keepl, said: "Having personally experienced the challenges and lengthy bureaucracy that come with managing a loved one’s affairs after their passing, I knew there had to be a better way.
“In today’s world, with the technology we have, we should be focusing on grieving - not drowning in stressful paperwork.
“The administrative process of managing a loved one’s passing is often complicated and emotionally overwhelming. Our goal is to make it as simple and stress-free as possible.”
