Property firm secures series of leases across the North East
Evolve Estates has secured a series of lease agreements across the North East and beyond.
Signings include Cleveland Leisure Centres, who has signed a 10-year lease at Unit 17a, The Parkway in Coulby Newham near Middlesbrough and UK Hairdressers 2019 Ltd. (Regis Hair & Beauty) who has renewed its contract at the same location, signing a five-year lease.
In Billingham, Italian restaurant, La Porto, has renewed its lease for a 10-year term, occupying a retail unit at 120 Town Square. Marie Curie Cancer Care has also joined the town's retail offering, signing a five-year lease on a unit at the same location.
The London-based firm has also welcomed Forces Support and Marielles on five-year leases for units at The Viking Centre, Jarrow. Age Concern Tyneside will also be joining the centre and has signed a temporary letting for one-year on a unit at 78 Ellison Street.
In surrounding areas, Vision Express has renewed its existing contract and signed a five-year lease on a unit at Balmoral Centre in Scarborough and Save Seasons has signed a 10-year lease on a retail unit at Unit 5 The Row, Hoylake.
