Keepmoat builds on success with award
A housebuilder has received national recognition for its commitment to quality, affordability and community transformation.
Doncaster-headquartered Keepmoat was awarded ‘Large Housebuilder of the Year’ at the Housebuilder Awards for its partnership-driven approach, sustainable home designs, and dedication to enhancing economic, environmental and social outcomes in communities across the UK.
Tim Beale, chief executive, said: “We're delighted to receive the award. It really is testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.”
Specialising in redeveloping brownfield sites, Keepmoat was praised for ‘transforming’ neglected areas into vibrant neighbourhoods, helping to ‘breath new life’ into abandoned and unused land.
The housebuilder, which operates across nine regional offices in the UK, was also highly commended in the ‘Best Regeneration Initiative’ and ‘Best Design for Four Storeys or More’ categories at the event.
Tim added: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised across three prestigious categories.
“This achievement fuels our promise to build high quality homes and leave a lasting, positive impact on communities across the UK."
