PTSG names new mergers and acquisitions director
West Yorkshire-headquartered Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist services to the facilities management and construction sectors, has welcomed Sandeep Banga as its new mergers and acquisitions director.
With a background in mid-market private equity and corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Sandeep brings extensive experience across sectors including technology, telecoms, and education.
Before joining PTSG, Sandeep served as investment director at Key Capital Partners LLP and held the role of head of corporate development at HomeServe Plc. His career began at BDO LLP, where he worked in M&A advisory.
