Holiday let firm Host & Stay grows with deals
A holiday let management firm has expanded with two takeovers.
Host & Stay has bought Guest Homes and Hartland Property Management.
Bosses say the deals further strengthen its bid to become the “UK’s leading short-term rental operator”.
The agreements come just days after east Cleveland-based Host & Stay secured £10.5 million investment from Growth Partner that helped secured acquisitions for Norfolk Holiday Properties and Brighton’s Airhost For You.
The quartet of companies add more than 400 properties to Host & Stay’s portfolio.
Based in Worcester, Guest Homes specialises in high-end holiday let management services, with Milton Keynes-headquartered Hartland Property Management offering holiday let services to landlords for short-term rentals.
Dale Smith, Host & Stay managing director, said: "We’re thrilled to welcome Guest Homes and Hartland Property Management into the family.
“These businesses have built fantastic reputations for delivering high-quality holiday let management services in their respective regions.
“With Guest Homes and Hartland Property Management now part of our group, we will be able to offer even more value, both in terms of local knowledge and high-quality service.”
Joshua Guest, Guest Homes founder, said: “Our commitment to providing seamless holiday let management perfectly aligns with Host & Stay’s values.
“Together, we can offer property owners and guests an even higher level of service.”
Ashley Stephens, Hartland Property Management managing director, added: “Joining Host & Stay allows us to take our business to the next level.
“Its innovative strategy, team and nationwide reach will enable us to offer our clients enhanced services, while still maintaining the personal touch we are known for.”
