Big Energy Group on list for top industry award

A Yorkshire-based energy broker is celebrating being shortlisted for a prestigious award in customer service within the UK energy sector.

Harrogate’s Big Energy Group has been nominated in the Best Customer Service (Large Customers) category at the Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA).

Despite entering the market only 18 months ago, the company has quickly become a prominent player, securing contracts with notable clients such as British Engines, FCC Environment and Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

Callum Swain, commercial director at Big Energy Group, said: “We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted for the Best Customer Service (Large Customers) award at this year’s TELCA Awards.

“This nomination is a testament to our team’s commitment to putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.

“We look forward to celebrating alongside our industry peers at next month’s ceremony.”

The TELCA Awards ceremony will take place on December 4 at Manchester’s Imperial War Museum North.
