Ipsos expands marketing team amid growth
York-based Ipsos Karian and Box, the UK employee experience division of global research firm Ipsos, has strengthened its marketing team with two senior appointments.
Vikkie Buxton Cope joins as head of business development and marketing, while Kate Went takes on the role of marketing and internal communications manager.
Vikkie, based in Manchester, brings 17 years of experience from Robertson Cooper, where she led marketing and business development.
She said: “Ipsos Karian and Box have an unrivalled reputation in the employee survey space.
“The academic rigour that unpins the work we do for global clients is industry leading and what we’re well known for.
“But how we help our clients turn that data into action is perhaps our best kept secret and I can’t wait for us to start telling some of the stories behind the stats.
Kate, based at the York headquarters, previously managed marketing at employee engagement consultancy scarlettabbott.
These hires support Ipsos Karian and Box’s ambitious growth and diversification following its 2021 acquisition by Ipsos.
Chief executive Louise Breed added: “Workplace culture is a crucial barometer and getting the employee experience right is fundamental.
“We help our clients navigate these complex challenges every day to deliver the best possible experience for their people.
“I’m excited for us to apply that same passion and commitment to ourselves through the wealth of expertise and experience Vikkie and Kate bring to the team.”
