Honey plans £47 million Bradford home scheme
A housebuilder has unveiled a £47 million Yorkshire blueprint.
Honey hopes to create a 182-home estate in Low Moor, Bradford.
Bosses say the scheme, based around three miles from Bradford city centre, will include two, three and four-bedroom properties.
Subject to planning permission, building work could begin next summer.
Sheffield-headquartered Honey is backed by private equity firm Alchemy Partners and its Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund IV, which has £937 million of fully committed capital.
Since its October 2022 launch, Honey has secured 19 sites across Yorkshire and the East Midlands, which it says will deliver 2349 homes.
Mark Mitchell, Honey chief executive, said its Low Moor plans would bolster its West Yorkshire presence, having recently secured a further development site in Fenay Bridge, near Huddersfield.
He added: “We plan to build a mix of 182 homes, which combine style, substance and sustainability.
“Our intention is to provide the local community with high specification homes built to the latest environmental standards.”
