Peter said: “I have a strong track record in managing surveying teams and will be streamlining processes at MCI within an already high performing team.
“One of my main targets in my new role is to get the business operating at 500 units, this is currently sitting at 300 units, so I am excited to get started.’’
Jamie added: “I am delighted to be joining MCI at such an exciting time with the government’s affordable housing agenda firmly in focus.”
Meanwhile, Mark Hadfield has been appointed as technical director, bringing 27 years of experience in the housebuilding sector to lead and develop MCI’s technical department.
He added: “I am delighted to join the MCI team and contribute my 27 years of experience to the technical team.
“I chose to join the business because of its excellent reputation and impressive work portfolio.
“I’m looking forward to getting started and building a team that will deliver the highest standards of technical and engineering information that will help us drive forward our ambitious plans for business growth.”
Together, the trio will drive the delivery of diverse residential projects, from high-value schemes to large mixed-use developments.
Craig Murphy, regional managing director at MCI Developments, added: “We’re delighted to expand our team and welcome Peter, Mark and Jamie.
