New creative venture launches in Yorkshire
Award-winning creatives Paul Nichols and Stew Wells have joined forces to launch Filthy, a Leeds-based studio combining strategic creative thinking with high-quality video production.
With decades of experience, Paul and Stew bring expertise from roles as creative directors at leading agencies. Paul has worked with household names like BMW, Ronseal and Warburtons, while Stew has produced video content for global brands such as Adidas, The North Face and Red Bull.
Filthy aims to deliver exceptional creative and production services to its clients.
Paul said: “Let’s face it, the consumer experience has changed beyond recognition in recent years.
“They now see thousands of brand messages every day, and their attention span is in complete freefall. That’s why we know it’s not good enough to just be ‘good’ anymore, we believe brands need video content that stops consumers in their tracks.
“Filthy streamlines that process, fusing strategic thinking and top-notch creative with high-level production so brands get to their consumer quicker and more efficiently than ever before, with video that lights a fire under the viewer.”
Stew added: “If brands want filthy good content, they must step out of their comfort zone - that’s why we created Filthy.
“With decades of experience in large agencies and having worked on hundreds of commercials, brand films and video content campaigns, we know what it takes to push the boundaries and still stay on brand.
“Bland video content isn’t going to do anyone any favours, least of all the consumer, so you need to be different.
“That’s why Filthy isn’t a traditional agency, and it’s not a production company as you would know it, it’s something new – a creative production studio that cuts the crap and just gets to the point.”
