Perspective expands leadership team
Perspective Financial Group has appointed Harriet Griffin as chief operating officer, a newly established role within the company.
Harriet, who is a graduate of the University of Bath, a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), and holds an MBA from Cranfield University, will also join the main board, collaborating with chief executive officer Ian Wilkinson, chief financial officer David Hesketh, chief regulatory officer Julie Hepworth, and Sam Ward, head of mergers & acquisitions.
With over 16 years in financial services, Harriet's experience includes serving as chief operating officer at Kingswood Group and holding significant roles at Charles Stanley.
Her expertise in operations, process, and change management will be instrumental in leading areas such as integration and technology strategy at Perspective.
She said: “I feel truly honoured to be joining Perspective at such an exciting time and very much look forward to contributing to the Group’s next chapter.
