Centrick makes senior appointment to boost expertise in the Midlands

Birmingham-headquartered Centrick has appointed Iain McArthur as valuation director to enhance its valuation services and support its growing client base in the Midlands.

Bringing over 25 years of experience, including senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers and IM Properties, Iain will be based in Centrick’s Birmingham office. He will focus on providing residential and commercial valuations for secured lending and further strengthening Centrick’s expertise in development viability work.

Iain said: “Over the many years I've worked in property, I have witnessed Centrick go from strength to strength, and I believe there are huge opportunities to continue this pattern through continued service excellence and through innovative solution growth for both our existing and new clients.”
