Prime North East industrial estate seeks tenants
A Gateshead industrial estate is set for growth after agents were tasked with attracting businesses to its facilities.
Avison Young’s Newcastle office, alongside HTA Real Estate, has been appointed by Westbrook Partners to oversee lettings at Follingsby Park.
The 118-acre estate, situated near the A1 and A19 corridors, features more than one millionsq ft of industrial and logistics space across 46 units.
With a low vacancy rate of less than five per cent, Follingsby Park currently has three units available, ranging from 7000 to 33,000sq ft, along with 9.1 acres of development land for custom build projects.
