A renowned industrial estate in Gateshead is set to benefit from new letting opportunities, with top agents now tasked to attract businesses to its high-quality facilities.

Avison Young’s Newcastle office, alongside HTA Real Estate, have been appointed by Westbrook Partners to oversee lettings at Follingsby Park. The 118-acre estate, situated near the A1 and A19 corridors, features over 1 million sq ft of industrial and logistics space across 46 units.
