Landmark office scheme hits the market

A major office space in Newcastle is set to attract new tenants with a fresh marketing strategy.

Newcastle City Council has appointed Naylors Gavin Black, part of the nationwide Commercial Property Network, to market Partnership House, a 120,000 sq. ft. Grade A office scheme in Gosforth’s Regent Centre business park that was previously built as the Northern Rock headquarters.

Working alongside incumbent agents Knight Frank, the firm will focus on leasing three refurbished floors, ranging from 10,616 to 40,235 sq. ft., equipped with sustainable energy features and excellent transport links.

Having won a competitive tender process, Naylors Gavin Black will now lead efforts to enhance the building’s appeal and generate occupier interest.

Jessica Ross, head of office agency at Naylors Gavin Black, said: “This office development has lots of potential and we are excited to get started.”
