Landmark office scheme hits the market
A commercial property agent has secured a deal to market a Newcastle office.
Newcastle City Council has appointed Naylors Gavin Black, part of the nationwide Commercial Property Network, to market Partnership House.
The 120,000 sq ft Grade A office, in Gosforth’s Regent Centre business park, was previously built as the Northern Rock headquarters.
Working alongside incumbent agents Knight Frank, the firm will focus on leasing three refurbished floors, ranging from 10,616 to 40,235sq ft, equipped with sustainable energy features and excellent transport links.
Jessica Ross, head of office agency at Naylors Gavin Black, said: “This office development has lots of potential and we are excited to get started.”
