Mad Devs “well-positioned” to accelerate global growth
A Leeds-based automotive technology company is expanding its international reach, gaining new customers in Australia, the Middle East and South Africa.
Mad Devs, which provides lead and document management software for car manufacturers and dealers, now supports operations at 1,800 sites globally.
Over the past year, the firm has added 10 regional jobs across its sales and digital teams, embracing remote working to fuel its growth.
The company’s flagship platforms include iTrackLEADS, a tool for managing customer inquiries, and iStoreDOCS, a document management system that streamlines compliance and storage processes while boosting customer retention.
David Boyce, chief executive officer at Mad Devs, said: “We have grown rapidly thanks to a relentless focus on solving problems for our customers with innovation.
“It’s attracted some of the biggest brands in the world as customers, and we are now well-positioned to accelerate our global expansion.
“Leeds is a great place to grow a digital business with access to a world-class talent pool and a supportive eco-system.”
As the car-buying process continues to shift online, Mad Devs is at the forefront of helping dealerships adapt. The firm plans to launch new products in 2025 to further assist retailers in navigating the fast-evolving automotive landscape.
