Digital firm Node4 unveils new chief executive
Cloud-led digital transformation provider Node4, headquartered in Derby, has named Richard Moseley as its new chief executive officer, with founder Andy Gilbert stepping into the role of president and board member.
Richard, an industry veteran with 30 years of experience, joins Node4 after a successful tenure at Rapid7 International, where he oversaw a decade of global growth and expansion. He brings a wealth of expertise in scaling technology and managed services businesses through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
He said: “Joining the Node4 team feels like an incredible opportunity.
“Over the past 20 years, Andy and our talented team have developed an unrivalled reputation for helping organisations bridge the gap between technology and strategic goals, and I look forward to working closely with my new colleagues, customers and partners as we continue to push boundaries and build towards our next stage of growth,”
Andy, who founded Node4 over two decades ago, will remain closely involved in the company, focusing on strategy, client development, and advancing the technology and product roadmap.
Andy added: “Richard is a hugely respected leader and innovator whose experience and drive align exactly with our ambitious growth strategy for the years ahead.
“Under his leadership, the business is ideally positioned to deliver on our growth plans, working closely with customers and partners to meet their needs and implement solutions that help them to thrive in today’s competitive markets.”
The leadership transition is expected to be completed by early 2025 as the company positions itself for its next phase of growth.
The new executive structure reflects Node4’s commitment to enhancing its capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to support clients in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
