SHEPEL’ appoints new chief operating officer
SHEPEL’, the London-based multi-brand design studio and bespoke furniture manufacturer, has named Iain O’Mahony as its new chief operating officer.
O’Mahony brings extensive experience from leading roles at Mark Wilkinson, Smallbone of Devizes and Linley, where he worked in the UK and US luxury furniture markets.
He will oversee the SHEPEL’ portfolio, which includes Atelier Helen for custom kitchens, Studio Shepel for luxury interior design, Shepel Furniture for bespoke pieces, and S-Contract for commercial interiors.
He said: “My decision to work with Alex, Helen and the SHEPEL’ brand come as the result of a long search and a final epiphany in finding a company that meets both my expectations on how a luxury company should act and an owner that values and cherishes craft, design and their HNW clients.
“I am delighted to join the SHEPEL’ team as the brand looks to prepare for the next chapter of an ambitious growth plan.”
This strategic appointment aims to bolster SHEPEL’s position as a global leader in curated luxury interiors.
Alexander Shepel, co-founder of SHEPEL’, added: “We are delighted for Iain O’Mahony to join the SHEPEL’ team as chief operating officer.
“Iain brings with him decades of experience that will be crucial for the strategic growth of SHEPEL’. As our brand continues to expand in the UK and globally, we are thoroughly excited for this next chapter.”
