Vector 31 welcomes industry leaders
Two growing businesses have secured space at a bustling Rotherham industrial estate, highlighting the region’s appeal for expanding enterprises.
RVT Group, a specialist hire company offering a range of solutions in dust control, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring and climate control, has expanded into a 35,000sq ft unit at Vector 31 in Waleswood.
The move accommodates the firm’s rapid growth, having outgrown its Chesterfield base. RVT supports contractors nationwide, including the likes of Skanska, Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall and Kier, having evolved from a family-run venture into an industry leader.
Meanwhile, Preformed Windings, experts in manufacturing high-voltage diamond coils for motors and generators, has relocated within the estate to a 10,000sq ft unit.
Renowned for its precision and quick turnaround times, the company employs 80 skilled staff and partners with leading OEMs globally.
The deals, secured by Knight Frank, underline the estate’s popularity as a prime industrial location.
Harry Orwin-Allen, surveyor in the Knight Frank Sheffield office, said: “Vector 31 is a prime South Yorkshire location and offers occupiers high grade industrial and warehouse units built to modern specification.
“Both companies needed extra capacity in high quality accommodation, and Vector 31 fitted the bill.”
