Homes by Carlton lays foundations with new hires
North East housebuilder Homes by Carlton is cementing its success with five new hires as it prepares for an ambitious 2025.
The company’s latest additions include sales manager Laura Jane Barnes-Martin-Foster, site manager Graeme Simpson, assistant site manager Greg Carr, apprentice quantity surveyor Jessica Buttress, and sales executive Lee Bradford.
Simon Walker, managing director of Homes by Carlton, said: “These appointments have further strengthened what was already an award-winning team and put us in a great position to start 2025 and build the homes our region needs.”
The appointments come at the same time as the completion of the exclusive Eastfields development in Whitton, with only three homes remaining for sale. Similarly, just one property is left at The Langtons in Redmarshall, highlighting the demand for the company’s homes.
Meanwhile, progress continues at Middleton Waters, the flagship 198-home development in Middleton St George, with new homes set for release throughout 2025.
Homes by Carlton is also expanding its footprint with land acquisition for a new 46-home scheme in Sadberge and the commencement of two exciting developments: Woodberry Park in Staindrop, offering 48 homes, and Beauford Park in Witton Gilbert, with 29 homes near Durham City Centre.
Simon added: “From Middleton Waters, our largest development to date, through to Eastfields which is our most exclusive, our ethos remains the same: to deliver beautifully designed homes – homes that expertly combine luxury and practicality – with the highest quality materials in fantastic locations.
“Our team’s dedication and hard work throughout 2024 has allowed us to deliver on this ethos.
“We’re particularly proud of the progress at Middleton Waters and the successful launches of Woodberry Park and Beauford Park.
“As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to building homes that make a real difference to the lives of our customers, while continuing to seek out new opportunities across the North East.”
