NG Bailey relocates to White Rose Park

NG Bailey is relocating its headquarters to the ABC Building at White Rose Park in south Leeds, marking an “exciting new chapter” for the UK’s largest independent engineering and services business.

The move represents the latest chapter in the company’s long-standing connection to the city, which dates back to its first Leeds office in 1921.

The 25,230sq ft Grade A office space offers state-of-the-art facilities and excellent transport links, with bosses saying the move will “enhance” the working environment for NG Bailey’s Leeds-based team, offering a “vibrant and collaborative” workplace that will be crucial to the company’s future growth plans.

Jonathan Stockton, chief executive officer of NG Bailey, said: “Our move to White Rose Park marks an exciting new chapter for NG Bailey.

“While Brown Lane West has been our home over the past five decades, our relocation to a modern office space under a long-term lease is crucial for our growth in Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.

“Our new office, combined with the numerous amenities in the Park, will foster a more vibrant and collaborative atmosphere for our team and visitors.

“The move supports our emphasis on sustainability and wellbeing in our workplace, with the Park being an exceptional place to work.”

White Rose Park provides access to a wide range of facilities, including a running club, yoga classes, outdoor training parks and green spaces, alongside an onsite nursery, Starbucks and a communal restaurant area.

The move also anticipates improved connectivity with the opening of the White Rose Railway Station in 2025.

David Aspin, chief executive of property management and investment company Munroe K, which owns and operates White Rose Park, added: “We are delighted to welcome NG Bailey to our White Rose Park Community.

“Their move is a real endorsement of our park and our collective ambition to provide the working environment of the future where people look forward to attending the office.

“Our ESG credentials, alongside measures to reduce our carbon footprint and work toward net-zero will help to make the Park one of the most forward-thinking and sustainable business and education locations in the north of England.”
