Edward Architects expands expertise with new hire
Leeds and London-based Edward Architects has appointed Graham Davey as an architect, bolstering its expertise in court protection and accessible design, one of its core specialisms.
Graham brings a unique background, combining his architectural experience with project management roles on high-profile live events and creative builds.
Most recently, he was project manager at Stage One Creative Services, where he led ambitious projects such as the Eurovision 2023 set build in Liverpool and Jay-Z’s Art of All Pavilion at Olympia, London.
Before his project management career, Graham worked as an architect with Pearce Bottomley Architects, gaining experience across a variety of sectors, including visitor centres, healthcare and community projects.
His diverse portfolio also includes intricate designs for luxury installations including Bulgari’s Serpenti Lit Sculpture in Chelsea.
Graham said: “I am excited to join the team at Edward Architects as the business continues to build.
“The practice has such a breadth of skills and experience and I’m keen to further my own skills by learning from those around me.
“I have particularly enjoyed that the values of the practice align with my own, placing the client at the centre of everything we do.”
Graham Edward, managing director of Edward Architects, added: “Graham will be a fantastic asset to our team and brings a broad range of experience and expertise which has involved some unique and unusual builds.
“This will be invaluable in our accessible design and court protection projects.”
