Thomas Coombs announces director promotions
Yorkshire-based accountancy firm Thomas Coombs has announced the promotion of Shaun Pullan and Jordan Mitchell to directors as part of its strategy for future growth.
Shaun, who joined the firm through its apprenticeship scheme in 2014, has risen to become head of business services. He has been instrumental in revolutionising the firm’s software offerings and establishing its first outsourced finance team.
Jordan, who started as a trainee accountant in 2013, is now head of audit and a key figure in the charities and social enterprise department. Known for his expertise in group reporting and client relations, Jordan supports some of the firm’s largest audit clients.
These promotions underline Thomas Coombs’ commitment to nurturing talent from within and reflect its ambitious growth plans for the coming year.
Stuart Adam, managing director, said: “These promotions mark an exciting new chapter for Thomas Coombs as we prepare for further growth throughout 2025.
“Shaun and Jordan exemplify the values of our firm – dedication, expertise, and client focus.
“Their leadership will be instrumental as we expand our services and take on new opportunities in the year ahead.”
