Hemsley Fraser appoints chief technology officer
Global learning and talent development provider Hemsley Fraser has appointed Jon Fletcher as its new chief technology officer.
A renowned AI strategist and former chief AI strategist at the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), Jon brings two decades of experience in HR, learning and technology.
In his new role, Jon will lead the integration of advanced AI tools into Hemsley Fraser’s offerings, enhancing its human-centric approach to people performance and growth.
His appointment will support the company’s new discovery and consulting service, designed to help organisations navigate HR and learning technology transformations, empowering workforces and driving team and organisation-wide performance.
Jon’s career includes leadership roles at BP, Obrizum and Capita, where he specialised in applying cutting-edge technology to improve talent and learning strategies.
