Landwood Group appoints new senior advisor
National property firm Landwood Group has welcomed John Bevan to its advisory board, marking another high-level appointment for the business.
With over 35 years of expertise in banking and commercial finance, John was previously managing director of Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance and UK managing director of Barclays Bank’s Trade and Working Capital division. He also served as chairman of the Asset Based Finance Association.
He said: “I’m looking forward to working with Landwood Group and in particular the management team who I’ve known for many years.
“Landwood’s growth in the year since their management buyout has been very impressive and I look forward to supporting the business in 2025 and beyond.”
Based in Manchester, Landwood Group offers specialist services as chartered surveyors, asset managers and auctioneers, delivering expertise across property and plant and machinery assets.
