Beyond Housing strengthens executive team

Beyond Housing has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Caroline Wallace as chief finance officer.

Caroline joined the organisation in late 2024 from Bernicia Homes, where she was director of finance. She previously held senior finance roles at Gentoo Group and brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including board-level expertise.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Caroline is dedicated to fostering innovation and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

She said: “I am really excited to be joining Beyond Housing as the organisation works towards finalising its new corporate strategy. 

“I look forward to working with the leadership team and board to improve the overall customer experience and the homes we provide.”
