Bluprintx expands leadership team
Global digital transformation services provider Bluprintx has appointed Vikki Sly as chief people officer to help drive growth, culture and talent development as the company continues its expansion.
With over 20 years of experience, Vikki specialises in organisational culture transformation, having led talent, development and culture initiatives at global firms, including an eight-year tenure at Qlik Technologies.
Her expertise in scaling businesses and driving productivity will be central to Bluprintx’s ambitious acquisition strategy and talent retention efforts.
In her new role, Vikki will focus on enhancing employee experience, ensuring that Bluprintx maintains a people-first culture that attracts, nurtures and retains top talent.
She will also play a key role in onboarding new teams following acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer outcomes.
