Homes for Students strengthens senior team
Leading purpose-built student accommodation provider Homes for Students has announced two key senior promotions as it gears up to celebrate a decade in student accommodation management.
Nisha Parmar, who joined in 2021, has been promoted to business development & integration director.
Leading a 12-strong team in the firm's Harrogate office, she will oversee market analysis, business development and scheme integration, ensuring seamless support for clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
Nisha said: “I’ve been with the business for just over three and a half years and it’s true what they say – time flies when you’re having fun!
“I’m already getting stuck into my new role and I’m excited to be working on some projects that make a real difference in the business and the wider student accommodation sector.
“I can already sense that this year is going to be a special one at HFS – watch this space.”
Meanwhile, Mo Ali has stepped into the role of business development director - origination. Working closely with chief executive officer Martin Corbett, he will leverage his commercial and sector expertise to drive further expansion within the PBSA and wider residential market.
Homes for Students manages over 50,000 student homes, employs 1,000+ staff and operates across every major UK university city and town, solidifying its position as a market leader in the sector.
Martin added: “Nisha and Mo are accomplished experts in the student accommodation arena and are well respected by colleagues and clients alike.
