Waracle expands team and opens Edinburgh hub
Scottish digital product consultancy Waracle has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments and announced a new Edinburgh office, reinforcing its ambitious growth strategy for 2025.
Adam Grant-Jones, formerly managing director of Kin + Carta’s UK business, joins as chief growth officer, focusing on expanding Waracle’s London presence and driving organic growth.
Adam said: “I'm excited about our growth over the next few years.
“Waracle has built a great portfolio of long-tenured clients and exciting recent wins that will provide a foundation for growth.
“With the talented teams here, Waracle is well-positioned to be the next great consultancy.”
Adam is joined by Flora Feldman, previously Kin + Carta’s head of growth for Northern Europe, who takes on the role of growth director, enhancing client services in the capital.
The appointments follow a transformative 2024, which saw the appointment of chief executive officer David Tuck, the acquisition of digital design agency Screenmedia, and the addition of ten new clients and 30 new hires, bringing Waracle’s headcount to over 200 across its Glasgow, Edinburgh, London and Dundee offices.
The company has also unveiled a new Scottish growth hub in Edinburgh, based on King’s Stables Road in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, strategically positioned to attract top talent and support expansion across the UK.
David, who was named as CEO of the Year in the digital transformation category by European CEO Magazine in 2024, added: “We have a clear plan of what we want to achieve over the coming years and are investing in the right areas to ensure we get there.
“Adam is someone I trust implicitly and have worked with closely for several years. He brings the ideal personal attributes and experience to drive Waracle forward.
“I know that, alongside the rest of the team, he will ensure our strategic growth hub flourishes.”
Backed by growth capital investor BGF, Waracle specialises in mobile apps and digital products, working with clients including Standard Life, Royal London, ScottishPower Energy Networks, Roche and Imperial College London.
