M3 Consulting announces leadership transition
London-based development and project management company M3 Consulting has promoted Richard Hollingworth to chief executive officer, while founder Mick Mannion moves into the role of chairman, marking a key milestone in the company’s long-term succession plan.
Richard, who joined M3 in 2006, will lead the firm’s growth strategy while continuing to oversee major commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. His experience spans high-profile developments such as One Exchange Square, Nine Elms Park and The Leadenhall Building.
Richard said: “I am delighted to be stepping into this role and am grateful for the continued support of Mick and the M3 management team. Mick’s vision, leadership and expertise have been central to M3’s track record of excellence over the past 28 years.
“As we enter this next, exciting chapter for the business, we remain committed to delivering the exceptional, tailored service that our clients rely on to navigate industry challenges and maximise value on large and complex projects.”
Mick, who founded M3 in 1997, has built the company into a market leader in development and project management. As chairman, he will continue to provide strategic guidance.
Since its inception, M3 has advised on £40 billion worth of schemes and successfully delivered 25 million square ft of development. It currently manages a £10 billion development pipeline across London and the UK.
