OGL Software strengthens leadership team

OGL Software, based in Stourport-on-Severn, has announced the promotion of Claire Jones to chief commercial officer (CCO) as it continues its ambitious five-year growth plan. 

Claire, who has been with the company for over 20 years, joins the executive team alongside chief executive officer Debbie Barton, chief operating officer Sharon Moreno and chief financial officer Gary Haynes.

Claire said: “I am excited about the opportunity to develop our commercial strategy in the coming years to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

“I am confident that we have both the best product and the best teams in place to make this happen.

“I believe that building strong partnerships is crucial to our success, and I will focus on nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that Profit4 remains a relevant market leader in our core sectors.

“Additionally, we are launching our new Warehouse Management System this month, which is a valuable addition to the Profit4 portfolio.

“I am certain it will offer significant benefits to our current and prospective customers.

“Looking ahead, we will also introduce new features later in the year, including AI-powered machine learning capabilities to further enhance automation and streamline workflows.”

The company achieved over 15 per cent growth in 2024, driven by significant advancements in its Profit4 ERP solution, which has solidified its position as a leader in the UK stockist, distributor and wholesaler market. 

With ongoing enhancements and operational efficiencies, OGL Software remains focused on delivering innovation and customer success.

To further support growth, Lyndon Bendall has rejoined OGL Software as head of new business development, bringing valuable experience to help drive new customer acquisitions. 

His return strengthens the leadership team’s commitment to expanding Profit4’s adoption and ensuring a seamless transition for businesses looking to futureproof their operations.

Lyndon added: “Having worked at OGL Software previously I am thrilled to be returning at such an exciting time for the company.

“I have watched how Profit4 has developed and it’s a fantastic product and I have no doubt that it will continue to revolutionise businesses.
