Panacea Building Systems appoints new director
Altrincham-based Panacea Building Systems has appointed Mike Foy as director, strengthening its leadership team to drive growth and expand market reach.
In his new role, Mike will oversee all live and pipeline projects, supporting managing director Dean Johnston in business development and raising awareness of Panacea’s innovative offsite light gauge steel framing and dry lining solutions.
His expertise will help enhance efficiency and sustainability in complex healthcare and residential sector builds.
Mike said: “Having worked with Dean Johnston in previous roles, I have closely followed the growth and development of Panacea which is a superb product.
“With my relevant expertise in this area, it was a logical move for me allowing me to join a company with great potential at this exciting time.”
A qualified quantity surveyor, Mike brings over 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, operations management and offsite manufacturing. His background in prefabrication will be instrumental in streamlining processes, developing new partnerships and expanding Panacea’s client base.
Established in 2018, Panacea Building Systems is part of the McGoff Group, a £150m construction-focused business delivering projects across the healthcare, residential and commercial sectors.
Managing director Dean added: “We are delighted that Mike has joined Panacea.
“Having specialised in offsite solutions for the last 17 years, he brings a wealth of experience to the role and I am confident he will be a great asset as the business develops.
“Having worked with Mike previously I already know the drive and commitment he will bring to Panacea.”
