Xenia Lettings appoints new head of lettings
Sale-headquartered Xenia Lettings has appointed Dannielle Britt as head of lettings, bringing over 15 years of experience in the property sector to the role.
Dannielle holds dual qualifications in sales and lettings and has worked across residential, build-to-rent (BTR) and student accommodation. Her expertise will be key in driving growth and strengthening Xenia Lettings’ market position.
In her new role, she will focus on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency and expanding market share, ensuring the company remains well-positioned for future growth.
