Tech firm Salesfire celebrates double success
A Teesside-based SaaS company is celebrating a double triumph after launching its latest AI technology and securing an industry award in the same week.
Salesfire officially rolled out an AI-driven solution on January 22, designed to help e-commerce brands personalise customer engagement without relying on third-party cookies.
And just a day later, it was named 'best martech' at the Northern Digital Awards, which recognises digital excellence across the North of England.
The AI tool uses ID profiling to track returning visitors across devices, enabling businesses to deliver tailored messaging in real-time.
Designed to be accessible for businesses of all sizes, it allows SMEs to achieve high-level personalisation while helping larger retailers streamline their marketing efforts.
Reflecting on the launch and award win, chief executive Rich Himsworth said: “We are ecstatic.
“All of our teams have worked so hard to create this stand-out technology and receiving this award in the same week we officially launched Salesfire AI is fantastic recognition for what we bring to the e-commerce space.”
