TCN UK hails progress after ‘monumental’ growth
A tech firm says it is dialled into future expansion after recording “monumental” three-digit growth.
TCN UK saw 2024 recurring monthly revenue rise 180 per cent on the previous year.
Bosses at the firm, which provides cloud-based platforms to call centres and collection agencies, have hailed its “unmatched” market offer for the uptick.
Founded 25 years ago in the US, TCN runs its UK base from Shrewsbury.
Spencer Taylor, regional head of sales and operations for UK and Eire, said: “With drive, hard work, commitment and an unparalleled standard of customer service and client support, we have gone from being almost unknown to a key player.
“We have built a very strong UK brand and reputation.
“We are excited for 2025 and what it will bring for us and our clients.”
Kerry Sherman, executive vice president of business development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, added: “This is phenomenal growth, and at the top of it all are our clients.
“Client satisfaction is the absolute pinnacle of our work; if our clients are happy, we are happy.”
TCN has further bases in the US, Canada, Australia, India and Romania.
