HBD appoints new director in Leeds office
Property development company Henry Boot Developments (HBD) has strengthened its Leeds office with the appointment of David Nuttall as director.
David joins from Cole Waterhouse, where he was managing director of industrial and logistics, while he previously held a development director role at Tritax Symmetry.
He will lead on industrial and logistics schemes across Yorkshire, supporting HBD’s £1.3 billion development pipeline.
HBD is progressing major I&L developments, including Wakefield Hub and multiple projects at Markham Vale.
Its new Origin joint venture with Feldberg Capital is set to drive further UK-wide expansion.
Ed Hutchinson, managing director of HBD, said: “Industrial and logistics remains a major focus for HBD so it’s great to have David on board as we progress new development opportunities across the region.
“He brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise and will be a huge asset to the team as our I&L pipeline continues to grow.”
