Pabasso appoints associate director to drive growth

Yorkshire-based leadership firm Pabasso, which offers monthly group meetings and one-on-one mentoring to help SME leaders navigate challenges and drive success, has appointed Carlos Horner as associate director and board chair to support its expansion.

Carlos brings a wealth of experience from his background in investment management and business development, having held roles at Charlemagne Capital and Progressive Asset Management.

He is also the author of The Sales Plan and creator of the PILOT method, a sales and business development training programme.

In his new role, Carlos will work alongside Pabasso founder Richard Doyle, focusing on expanding the firm’s reachand developing peer support boards for Yorkshire MDs and CEOs. 

He said: “The Pabasso model is incredibly powerful because it creates a space where SME business leaders can share their significant knowledge and wisdom to benefit one another.
