Trio promoted at Dacre, Son & Hartley
Yorkshire property firm Dacre, Son & Hartley has promoted Tom Galloway and Daniel Elven to senior associates, while Jonathan Raynor becomes an associate, strengthening its residential division.
Tom, Dacres’ branch manager at Settle, joined in 2013, managing sales and earning his MNAEA qualification.
Daniel, the Bingley branch manager, has 17 years of industry experience, joining from a national agency in 2017, while Jonathan, branch manager for Baildon and Guiseley, ran his own estate agency before joining Dacres five years ago.
With 18 offices across Yorkshire, Dacre, Son & Hartley remains the region’s largest independent estate agency.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacres, said: “Tom, Daniel and Jonathan all live in the areas they operate in, and have great local knowledge and experience when it comes to the property market in Settle, Bingley, Baildon and the surrounding towns and villages.

“All three have had an excellent start to 2025, listing dozens of homes for sale during the first few weeks of January and generating a healthy influx of buyer enquiries in recent weeks, and they thoroughly deserve their promotions.”
