Pharma firm checks in at Maxis Business Park
A business park owner has hailed “a great start to the year” after securing a new tenant.
Frasers Property UK has welcomed a pharma firm to Maxis Business Park in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The unnamed operator has taken 10,000sq ft of office space at the hub.
Officials say the deal is the second largest letting at the site in the past year, and brings the park’s occupancy to 88 per cent.
It follows financial services firm Evelyn Partners' move into a 24,000sq ft office space in 2024.
They add the new tenant will reuse the previous fit-out, saving an estimated 5.7 tonnes of CO2.
Chris Stevens, senior asset manager at Frasers Property UK, said: "It’s a great start to the year to be welcoming a new occupier to Maxis.
“We strive to be at the forefront of bringing high-quality and vibrant space to the market, and Maxis is a brilliant example of space that has been designed to enhance daily life with sustainable outcomes in mind.
“We are thrilled occupiers continue to see the value that we bring and choose Maxis as a new home for their businesses.”
