Pharma firm checks in at Maxis Business Park

A pharmaceutical company has secured 10,000sq ft of office space at Maxis Business Park in Bracknell, Berkshire.

The deal, which marks the second largest letting at the site in the past year, brings the park’s occupancy to 88 per cent, following financial services firm Evelyn Partners moving into a 24,000sq ft fitted office space earlier in 2024. 

The new tenant will reuse the previous fit-out, saving an estimated 5.7 tonnes of CO2.

Maxis Business Park, owned by Frasers Property UK, has gained recognition for its sustainability efforts, including achieving EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings, as well as winning ‘Sustainable Development of the Year’ at the 2024 Thames Valley Property Awards.
