Bellway Homes make senior sales appointment
Newcastle-headquartered Bellway Homes have appointed Matt Grayson as group sales and customer experience director.
Matt joins from Redrow, where he spent eight years in a similar role, and will oversee sales, marketing, communications and customer experience as part of Bellway’s executive committee.
He succeeds Maria Seed, group sales and marketing director, who will retire in March 2025 after 25 years with the company.
Matt’s experience spans communications roles across financial services, sport and agencies before moving into housebuilding.
He said: “I’m excited to join the Bellway team and to help grow its reputation for quality new homes and communities.
“With plans to develop its customer offering, Bellway is in a great position to enhance its face to face and online home buying experience.
“Ultimately the aim is to secure Bellway’s position as an outstanding UK retailer.”
Jason Honeyman, chief executive officer at Bellway, added: “I am delighted to welcome Matt to Bellway and onto its executive committee.
“His wealth of experience inside and outside the sector will help Bellway evolve its customer experience offering, including the ongoing development of our digital offerings to our customers.
“I would also like to thank Maria Seed, who is retiring from the business after 25 years.
“Having started out in Bellway’s North West Division, Maria moved to head office to oversee sales and marketing.
“Across these roles, her exceptional contribution to Bellway has been felt throughout the business. I wish Maria a happy and healthy retirement.”
