Merchant Land expands team amid growth
London-based developer Merchant Land, which specialises in small and medium-sized residential and commercial developments in central and fringe London locations, has appointed Nicholas Whitmore as assistant portfolio manager as its pipeline continues to grow.
Nicholas joins from Pegasi and will oversee the company’s residential and commercial assets across the capital.
With a strong background in contract renewals, negotiation and asset management, he brings valuable experience in residential real estate.
The company has also welcomed Yan Toto, who recently completed a degree in property finance and investment at Nottingham Trent University.
Katherine McCullough, director of Merchant Land, said: “We’re very pleased to be able to welcome Nick and Yan to the team as our development pipeline continues to grow – I’ve no doubt that their expertise and skills will be a real asset as we support our existing occupiers and bring new schemes forward.”
